Got there and told us the The room we reserved was overbooked; they gave us a small room and we are all tall people. Had to get and pay for an extra room because we didnt fit. They told me it was a "system" mistake and ended up having to pay for their system's flaw...Not fair. Rooms are VERY dark, ...

The room is very dated. Windows needed a lot of updating because the noise from the busy road outside seemed like it was inside. Toilet seat was cracked and pinched your leg while using it. The tub was noisy when standing in it and the bathtubs water came out sideways, never thought someone could ...

Biggest issue was getting email eith address and how to access property which was more a expedia problem. Once the host knew i neesed the information i was contacted immediately.
