The property and unit are both very nice. Paula, the property manager was informative and responsive. It is in a great location with great security. If / when I come back to Jaco I will certainly try to stay here again.

Best place for a family or friends in Jaco. View is incredible from the penthouse. Comfortable rooms and nicely decorated living room. Pool table is in good condition and really enjoyed it. Kitchen has everything that you might need.

When we pulled up to the security booth to access the property, the staff was very friendly, the grounds were immaculate. The condo was everything that we wanted to celebrate in for our 50th birthday, there was even a surprise birthday basket for me, and my sister. Paula, the host, had immediate communication with me. Everything you could possibly need in a kitchen was there, the panoramic views from the ocean to the mountains on the wraparound deck were amazing. The property was so quiet. It was like we were the only people there it felt like we had the entire pool to our self during our stay and the beach was empty and felt like it was ours. Will definitely be coming back and staying here, and recommend this condo to anybody and everybody. In fact, one block away is the main street where all shopping, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants are so I was showing pictures and giving the condo information to anybody that would listen to me, lol. When you book your stay, you must go to The Locals Bar, Rita, Brian and Indy are the best!! Tell them the twins said Hi 👋

This was a very nice property. Well-maintained. No house keeping service available, only a few towels available. The pool staff seem to be very unaccommodating no towels not very helpful. The view is spectacular I’d give it a a B plus rating.

there was no phone in the unit and the add said free local calls. there was only hot water on occasion..Ice machine did not work. Mold in several places. Location was good. views were great.

Has a beautiful view, one side the beach, the other the mountains. All rooms had their own bathroom & there was a washing machine to wash our clothes. Also had a kitchen and microwave. We were able to cook and heat up food which was a plus. Pool was nice and warm. The only thing we did not like is the mild due smell , I guess it was do to the humidity but it would be nice to put glade room deodorizer or similar in each room. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and we would definitely comeback to this place if we have the chance.

The property is great & on the beach. The pool is amazing! It is very secure with guards at gates. 2 bd/2.5 ba unit is huge. Host was very responsive. There was a moldy smell but they had a dehumidifier set up which we emptied daily. Could be just due to area humidity. There was no restaurant, but the nextdoor hotel has a bar & restaurant (Ranchero) on the beach just a few steps away. We ate & drank there often. Beach is lovely but rocky so bring water shoes.
