- This intriguing split level home was designed for large families, corporate clients and large parties that want a central location with private amenities, located just above Colina.
Featuring classical colonial architecture, Casa Patron offers 5,900 sq. ft. of interior living space and large covered terraces from which to enjoy the fairway and Herradura Bay views. Amenities include a free-form swimming pools, a large game room with Championship pool-table, barbecue area and lush landscaping.
Accommodation Characteristics: 2 Master Bedroom with private bath king size bed and 40 inch LED TV 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms all with 32 inch LED TVs. Game room with full sized pool table, Poker Table, Darts and decorative slot machine and 50 inch HD TV. Fully Equipped kitchen Private Pool and BBQ Bar with large Fridge, sink and blender Laundry room with washer and dryer High Efficiency Central A/C Living room has 40 LED HD inch flat screen and Iphone ready Sound system. Office with Desk high speed internet and phone with Free calls from and to USA and Canada. Full time Maid 8am to 5pmLocation: at Vista Tres Bahias community.
