Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay here, and the location was perfect. The place was very clean and had everything you could need. The balcony was a great place to sit outside and relax listening to the surf. Laura was very responsive and would highly recommend staying here.

A very nice 3 bed 2 bath condo on the beach. AC worked great. The condo was very clean and in order. Easy check in and a great location at the end of the beach next to Crocs Casino. A nice pool as well. No complaints will definitely stay here again.

A great beachfront stay!

This condo is located on the quieter part of the beach but still close enough to walk towards the action if needed. The room itself is great, tons of room, very clean and great balcony as well. My friends and I have loved our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Jaco!

Beachfront condo

Beautiful condo on the beach. There were 4 of us and we were very comfortable. It is a great location, close to shops and restaurants. A car is not necessary, very walkable. We had massages by Jacó massage in the condo and a private chef for a night…Chef Bruno. It was fantastic. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed at this wonderful location for about 5 days. We loved the location, the amazing views, and how clean it was. We had 3 adults staying and we had our own spaces, but also enjoyed the shared living area and patio. The check in process was easy and speaking to the owner was fast! We enjoyed our stay and would come back!!!

Great Condo in Jaco

We had a great time staying here while in Jaco. The condo was just on the N. side of town and easy walking distance to do everything in town. The condo looked over the ocean and pool and was a great place to stay.

This is our second stay at this beachfront condo and we have just loved it! The view is to die for and the entire Tres Regalos property is a great place to vacation!! We hope to be back

Perfect spot for a restful stay in Jaco

This condo complex was a great spot for a stay in Jaco! It was right on the beach and the 2nd floor views of the sunrise and sunset were beautiful. We saw wildlife from the balcony while having breakfast, and were able to explore Monkey Beach within just a few minutes walk. Town and the casino were close when we wanted more action, and far enough away where things were quiet back at the condo. The pool and staff were great too!

Fantastic Condo in Jaco

Great condo with a balcony view of the ocean, beautiful sunsets, refreshing pool. Loved the restaurant down the street (El Manglar). Very comfortable for 3 couples.

A perfect Stay

Thank you for providing all our needs that was well thought of in advance. Just a minor comment, you will need a shower stall bar for your guest, to reduce the possibility of any slips. Will return next year, had a blast.

Tres Regales Was Awesome!

The location of the property was perfect for amazing ocean views and walks on the beach! We appreciated the secure parking and the round-the-clock security guards. The pool was a family favorite!

Excellent Property

My wife and I were looking for a quiet getaway in a place that was comfortable and had convenient access to restaurants and transportation. We found this and much more. The property was clean, well appointed, and exactly as advertised. We were steps away from the beach and had a great view from the deck. The security staff members were cordial and helpful as well. Overall, we had a tremendously satisfying visit.

Excellent beach front property

Beautiful condo. Very spacious and well kept. Plenty of room for 3 singles or 3 couples. Very secure with guards in the front and back of the property. Laura was very helpful with all of our questions and provided us with a driver from San Jose to the property. I would definitely recommend this property.

The Quiet Side of Jaco

Our condo was huge! Three large bedrooms and a huge open kitchen and living room that opens to a balcony with ocean views. It is walking distance to town if you don't mind the heat, otherwise a car is ideal. The outdoor space is large and a perfect place to begin the day with coffee and end the day with a cocktail. The kitchen is well equipped with all the things you need to prepare a meal, if you want to do that on vacation. It's very secure in a gated community, guarded 24/7. I would stay here again if I'm ever in Jaco.

Stay was good. ALL the fans in the house need a good cleaning. I turned them on, and dust flew everywhere in each room they were in. Master bathroom shower head needs to be cleaned or replaced. Sink in the other bathroom runs very slowly and needs to be plumbed out. There is not a concierge, as noted in the description. Basically, you are on your own when you get there. It would be helpful to have a binder or book that suggests places to eat or visit that are close. I know that other places we have stayed included this, and it was very helpful. Also, comments being available for people to write down about what they found to be fun to do for adults, or places to eat .... uber gets you lots of places for very inexpensive, etc.

Family Bliss

The property was beautiful and the perfect beachfront location for our family getaway. The location offered a few walkable restaurants as well as many more shops and restaurants within a few kilometers. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in. We were also within a hour of activities ranging from hiking national parks to Capuchin encounters to zip line & repeling to ATVs to horseback riding right outside our back door. We would definitely recommend this manager!!

Safe secure luxury

A great condo at the north end of Jaco Beach. Clean, secure and high quality 30 unit condo with a great restaurant just across the road. Jaco is a busy tourist town with lots of tourist shops and local adventure attractions, but probably wouldn’t visit alone at night. Had a great relaxing visit after our 10 day guided tour through the rain forest and volcano area then the Pacific coast for great beach activities. Laura’s 3 bedroom condo is as predicted.

Just what we needed

The property and residents were so welcoming. We enjoyed the location at the north end of the beach away from the people and close enough to explore the hills and trails. The unit was well equipped and everything was as listed. We had five guests and everyone was able to have their space but still spend time together in the living areas. Responsive host to our concerns and they were quick to resolve a small issue we had. Great stay overall!
