The wraparound main balcony is directly facing the sunset and the ocean. You could literally hit a golf ball into the ocean from the balcony. Free Wireless Wifi, of course.

The furnishing are all very high-end with white leather couches, granite countertops, top of the line appliances, all facing the ocean in an all glass living room. The walls making up the entire corner of the living room/dining room are glass with 4 huge glass sliding doors that open to the ocean.

Pool is right outside of the condo, balcony is above it, waterfall, etc and you walk from it directly on to the beach, under the palm tree grove.

In the evenings always with a sunset, we have dinner outside, watching surfers with a glass of wine on the balcony. We love it down there. You will too.


Convenient and Safe: The property is right on the beach...overlooking the ocean and only one block from the main street in central Jaco...so all of the restuarants, shops, and activites are right in walking distance.

The onsite management is there everyday and the security guards are there 24/7.
