Luxury and Spacious

One of the nicest units we’ve stayed in! The place came with everything you need and was nicely decorated. Pretty clean as well. We really enjoyed our stay here!

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT

Resort and beach club are fantastic. Villa is dated and communication with the management team is horrendous. No codes or improper codes to everything. Rental is dated and needs new sheets and towels etc. Exterior ceiling fans rusted out. Stay at this resort but DO NOT STAY AT THIS RENTAL!!

Check In Communication Bad start

First time I have done with Vacasa. I learned no physical presence at check-in, led to big problems, asking for us to send out passports while we were waiting outside in 30 heat.Very poor communication five messages unanswered for over 16 hours. Overall bad experience will not do it again. Next time I will make sure they are physical check-in’s with people I can see.

Just a couple of hiccups

Property and everything was just as advertised. 10/10! I had a few questions that I used the app and called VRBO about. Most questions were answered via the app which was fine.Only had a couple problems. After an extremely long day of dealing with airlines and traveling, I got the the front door and looked at my emails and texts, but realized I was never given the security code to unlock the lock box with the key. Thankfully I called the phone number I had for VRBO and they were able to give me the code within minutes. It would have been nice to have gotten that ahead of time, unless somehow it got overlooked.The only other issue was minor. The air conditioning in one of the rooms seemed to be struggling. It was warm, but not hot. I tried lowering the temperature setting but 74-76 seemed to be what held. If it got any warmer, it would have become an issue, the rest of the villa was fine though and cool. Lastly we were given the wrong Wifi code, but after calling and locating the wifi router, that was quickly solved. No major issues and the place was exactly as advertised and VRBO were good about responding and help solving whatever hiccups we had.It was a great venue and great trip overall!
