"The rooms could use some basic maintenance and updating. Our headboard was made from some type of leather material and all scratched up. The lamp shades were very dirty. There were stains on the ceiling like there had previously been a leak and nothing done to repair it. The tv does not work unless you have an android phone to cast to it or YouTube tv. "

"The spa was clean and my husband enjoyed his manicure. The pool was cold and refreshing; Visa bar was delightful and we enjoyed trying new cocktails. The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices. What I especially appreciated was the fact they set up towel swans and a banner on the bed for our anniversary. We also received some cake in our room to help us celebrate our anniversary. It was the little details that made it special."

"The hotel is situated very close to Husein Sagar (a lake with stale water). As soon as you step out, you can not avoid breathing in bad smell and polluted air. The breakfast was no good and very expensive. Not much choice or quality. Very little western choices. "

"After booking saw the hotel was different. Tried calling the hotel and there was no one to answer calls. Was on an emergency so had to take the room. Rooms weren’t cleaned plus commode flush was leaking water all the time. Shower wasn’t maintained, dust over the shower. Just had to manage for a day and check out next morning. "
