「Nous avons adoré notre séjour à cet hôtel. Celui ci est perché dans les montagnes et très proche de la ville. Lino, le conducteur de Tuktuk affilié à l’hôtel vous donnera des rides en ville à un très bas prix. La vue est magnifique sur le lac et le volcan. Le personnel est vraiment génial…ils nous ont grandement aidé lorsque nous avons eu des problèmes! Le déjeuner qui est gratuit est délicieux!」

「Das Hotel ist ein einmaliges Erlebnis. Wir sind jeden Morgen extra früh aufgewacht, um den Sonnenaufgang aus dem Bett zu schauen. Das Personal ist unfassbar nett und super hilfreich, egal welche Fragen und Anliegen man hat! Einen besseren Start in Guatemala hätten wir nicht haben können :)」

「Very calm environment. The staff are wonderful. I traveled there with my two tween daughters and they had a blast jumping into the lake from the dock. 」

「Really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Beautiful view of the lake. Easy walk to the store and bars. You can book a tour of the other villages by boat from the resort, and there is safe parking nearby for a small fee. The continental breakfast included eggs which was nice. The pool area had plenty of lounge chairs and tables and you can order food and drinks. I recommend the hamburguesa Sababa. Overall just an excellent relaxing stay. At might you will...

「You only arrive there by boat so make sure you contact hotel ahead of time. We did and they were very helpful with the arrangements even though we arrived after regular hours. We can't say enough of our stay at Kaalpul, very peaceful and isolated while still easily connected to the little towns around the lake. Food and attention was amazing as well as the friendliness of the staff, kitchen and bar. We look forward to staying there again, with our family next time.」

「The room was not only clean, but had a spectacular view and was so comfortable. Staff was so nice and accommodating. One of the best parts about our stay was the included breakfast and the dinner (not included) which was delicious! We thought we’d explore the island more for dinner but ended up eating at El Picnic because it was just that good. Gaby is an amazing hostess and went above and beyond to assist us with whatever we needed as well. Thanks for a great stay that we will always remember!」
