「The hotel is amazing, housed in a centuries old palace and an easy walk to the main fort. Our luxury suite facing part of the museum was just beautiful. The service was excellent, the room clean, the restaurant has an extraordinary view at night. Our only concern was the lovely pool was infested by pigeons and covered in scum. Gorgeous rooftop area with the best views in town. Lovely, attentive staff. Helped me upgrade easily when a room became available. They don’t have a traditional restaurant, but the food they had was very good. Only quibble was that the pool wasn’t quite clean enough to swim in. Otherwise, great stay.」
