「The staff was all very friendly and accommodating, especially with my late checkout. Shower worked well. Not sure about the a/c. On site restaurant food was good. I would stay here again.」

「Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. This manager yelled at him to go to some bathroom outside. He was painfully rude and demeaning. The bathroom outside was so awful, that my father came back in and asked to use a regular bathroom inside the property and again explained he is a guest that is about...

「OVERALL HOTEL WAS GOOD. Only which I did not like was food service although hotel staff was preparing every meal fresh but a lot of time. 」

「整体酒店的感觉是很舒适，适合度假，可以让整个人放松下来，氛围比较轻松。位置在老城区，里面保留了历史建筑，旅游观光还是很不错的。但是对于商务出行来说，不是很友好，因为位置偏，打车什么的比较费时间。」

「お湯が出ない。部屋の電気がルームキーでしか調整できず、キーホルダーを抜かないと電気が消せず、電気を消す為にキーホルダーを抜くと携帯の充電が出来なくなる。部屋が掃除されていない。」

「Room clean. Prompt and effective service. Food good value and tasty. Breakfast menu, I would say, less tailored to western palates. Still hot drinks and fruit readily available. No issues whatsoever.」

「スタッフが親切で助けてもらいました。 朝食もありがたかったです。 部屋は綺麗とは言えなかったですがなんとか我慢できました。ただ一点、毛布が埃まみれでかなり汚く使える状態ではなく、エアコンもないため夜は寒すぎてあまり寝れないほど苦痛でした。 そちらは改善したほうがいいと思います。 」

「The guests have not stayed at the property. When the guests reach over there, they realize the condition of property is pathetic. It was completely different from the pictures what you have on your website. So we did not check in the property. And we message you for the refund. So we want refund about that booking.」

「I was going to travel in a bus but there was a bus strike due to which I couldn't reach them and hotel did nothing to help me in this situation and no refund of any kind. I couldn't have controlled the bus strike but still I paid the penalty. 」
