“This was not a good stay, the unit was not very clean, we came in late at night for a one night stay, saw lots of ants, heavily stained rugs and there was lots of deferred maintenance in general. The Murphy bed squeaked every time we rolled over or got in and out, the tiny fan was not sufficient and there was no ac, the windows were filthy and did not all operate properly. Overall felt like the owner could do many things to improve the unit. ”

“Property was definitely unique. Communication was not great. I asked for an early check in and never heard back so we didn’t arrive early. There were tons of bugs when we arrived at 5 pm. A candle or spray would have been helpful.So many bugs we were unable to open windows or go outside. Many of the screens were missing or had holes. It was 93 degrees inside with all the windows and it was not prepared for our arrival. We had to figure out the ac splits which took a lot of trial and error and……
