"Parking is an inconvenience at this hotel. It is "valet only" and a customer can figure in approx $55 extra cost for their room price between the cost of the valet parking ($45) and giving the valet attendants a tip on drop off and pick up. That cost would increase dramatically if staying multiple days here."

"I have been trying to deal with this the best way I could but the manager doesnt give me a choice. Cheaptickets have been useless just like the hotel. The charged me $299.41 on a bogus charge claiming that we caused damages to the room. They didnt say that until almost a month after as we kept on asking for our holding fee back. All they kept on saying was that it was coming and it never arrived. About a month later they sent me a pic of a hole, thats it! No reference where the hole was, dates, reports or any of such. Very vague and the manager keeps hiding, its never in the property. I guess they must be doing bad if they make up bogus fees to charge people extra."
