「Due to our travel arrangements, my family and I checked in approximately 6 hours later than the 4:00 check in time so it was very late. 「The property is well maintained and great for travelers. We had an issue with our room that the host resolved well, and their communication was prompt. We liked that we had access to speak to people, but we were otherwise autonomous. I appreciated the laundry available, and the location is beyond perfect. The space isn’t necessarily great for someone who wants to stay indoors for long periods as it is small, but NYC is not a place to visit if you want to remain inside.」
