"The hotel is in a nice location with restaurants in short walking distance. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. However, several outlets in my room were not working. Parking/check in was a little confusing with there being no actual turnaround and the valet area full. Breakfast was just okay, but I didn’t mind with the options near the hotel. Overall, I had a good stay and would stay here again."

"Breakfast very good & more than we expected. Staff pleasant & helpful. Heater/ AC a little loud & pillows a bit soft, but all in all a pleasant stay"

"The kitchen was poorly stocked. There was no coffee maker, nor plates, bowls, mugs, etc. there was silverware and a few glasses The bathroom had nowhere to hang towels, and there were only two hangers in the giant walk-in closet, and only one partial roll of toilet paper. On the plus side there was a washer and dryer iron blow dryer, they provided linens. The place was larger than I expected, However the apartment smelled like old carpet and grease. The hallway had an overwhelming smell of trash and dirty diapers they tried to cover up with deodorizer. "

"Restroom reeked of urine. Multiple long hairs found in the bathroom, and one on the bedroom door. Stagnant musky smell from the AC unit. I'd rather park in the parking lot and sleep in my car. At least now I know to avoid this chain at all cost."

"The staff at this location was so friendly and amazing. We had a hiccup with our airbnb and were able to snag a room last minute for the duration of our stay in Raleigh. So glad I chose this location. Rooms were so clean. Ours looked like it had been updated. Pool looked nice too! Will definitely be returning."
