“Staff is always amazing and friendly. We checked in quickly with no issues. Room was clean and spacious. We always stay here when we come to town for a hockey game. It’s conveniently close to the Grand Casino Arena. (Literally walk across the street.) Check out was easy and quick and the valet is efficient and friendly too. Would recommend them to anyone going to an event at the Arena or needing to stay in that area of SP. ”

“Amazing hotel, rooms are beautiful with massively high ceilings with electric blinds. Only a couple things I didn’t love was the water pressure in our room was so bad it was almost comical. Also since I like a cold room I wasn’t able to adjust to cool it down, there was no heat or cold settings just what ever the rest of the building is set up for. Obviously the heat was active so it would only have air circulation, which only brought the temp down to about 71 ”
