"The house was absolutely perfect for our family of two adults and two teens. We were in Erie for the PMEA All State music festival and it was so nice to have a home base for the weekend. The house was absolutely immaculate, well appointed and beautifully decorated. Janelle was so quick to respond to messages and made terrific suggestions for places to eat in the area. If we are ever in Erie again, we would love to return to the Blue House!"

"Very comfortable cottage with a great view of the lake. Cold weather prevented full enjoyment of the outside deck, but enclosed porch and well-thought out interior still made this an excellent choice without being weather-dependent. Perfect spot to rest and recharge - I look forward to returning!"

"The house was wonderful, in a quiet neighborhood that was perfectly located close to most major attractions. There was a nice back yard for pets and children to play. The house had many extras that were not mentioned in the description. There was a washer and dryer available! The living room had couch that is a triple recliner! We had a wonderful spring break."
