  • Relaxing Lakefront cottage in Bemus Point on Chautauqua Lake! This home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths with a family/TV room off the kitchen, extra large sunroom and dining area with new AC in the upper bedrooms and sunroom! Fully stocked kitchen, two refrigerators, washer/dryer, propane grill. Nice level yard with 50 feet of lakefront. Easy walking distance to The Village of Bemus Point--Stores , Restaurants, Golf Course, and much more. Park your boat at the private dock in the Spring, Summer, and early Fall, enjoy the fire pit feet from the lake and take advantage of the many year round activities Bemus Point and the surrounding community offers! The waterfront where the house sits is in a 5 mile an hour speed Zone--so no wakes. Catch bass right from the dock, short boat ride to lakefront dining, fishing, and water skiing/tubing!

Great Stay at Muskie Manor

The rental was great place for my wife and I annual fishing week at Chautauqua lake. It is in a great location on the lake, close to great restaurants and shops. Keith and Family were very good to communicate and answer all questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be retuning next year to the Muskie Manor.

Lakeside stay

Very nice property on Lake Chautauqua with a boat dock. Family had a great time onsite with easy access to our boat. Also walking distance to downtown Bemus Point for breakfast and dinner. Keith & Molly were in contact with us from the time we booked, through the week of our stay. Keith met us at the property and walked us through the cottage answering all of our questions.

Keith’s home and property exceeded expectations! All the comforts of home with the bonus of being right on the lake. And a great location to all that Bemus Point has to offer, just a short walk up the road. Keith is a very accommodating host who made himself available if needed but everything was so right, it wasn’t ever necessary. Hope to go back soon and enjoy it all again!
