“Very welcoming, kinda annoyed that we had picked the location for the free parking and terrace, trying to be respectful of the smoking policy and both needed to be shoveled out. I am still fighting with VRBO to get my money back because they charged a completely different amount to what was stated.The host promised check in instructions 24 hours prior to my stay. I received nothing, reached out several times through multiple channels, still nothing. I spent hours on the phone with VRBO stranded in a city with nowhere to stay until they finally responded 2 hours before my check in time, not 24, AFTER THEY SAID I COULD HAVE AN EARLY CHECK IN.……
