「We had a fantastic stay at this charming cottage! The location was perfect - just a short walk to Balboa Park and close to great restaurants and shops. The private yard was a peaceful bonus. The cottage itself was clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again!」

「This casita was a great home base as I participated in the Komen walk. The location could not have been better, there was everything I needed during my stay and the bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. 「Very nice back yard casita. Very quiet neighborhood. We didn't have any contact with the owners in the front home. The front of this casita faces the rear living room of the main home which felt somewhat awkward going to and from, but we weren't there much anyway and just used it to sleep in. Everything was as it appeared in the photos except the bed is not a pull down but standard comfortable queen size bed. Both homes and yards appear to maybe recently be redone and its easily the nicest home...

「This is a very nice place in a very convenient location. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the interior is clean and modern. Good Internet, good TV, nice kitchen with everything we needed to cook, comfortable beds. I would absolutely have given it 5 stars if there had been a laundry room. I anticipated there being one when I saw "laundry detergent" on the list of amenities. Oh, and no stopper for the tub. My wife really wanted to take a bath. But we had a fantastic stay.」

My only concern is that I had some questions ahead of time the manager didn't respond to email or text. I finally called her the day of and she was able to assist me. 」

「Nice open living space. Clean linens and kitchen. Great space for a family! The home is close to the airport and freeway, and you can hear traffic, but it wasn't an issue as all. The kids loved watching the planes land.」
