The property managers were easy to get in contact with and were quick to respond. The place could have used a deeper clean (e.g., baseboard, shower window, etc) between stays. "

"Very nice back yard casita. Very quiet neighborhood. We didn't have any contact with the owners in the front home. The front of this casita faces the rear living room of the main home which felt somewhat awkward going to and from, but we weren't there much anyway and just used it to sleep in. Everything was as it appeared in the photos except the bed is not a pull down but standard comfortable queen size bed. Both homes and yards appear to maybe recently be redone and its easily the nicest home...

"This is a very nice place in a very convenient location. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the interior is clean and modern. Good Internet, good TV, nice kitchen with everything we needed to cook, comfortable beds. I would absolutely have given it 5 stars if there had been a laundry room. I anticipated there being one when I saw "laundry detergent" on the list of amenities. Oh, and no stopper for the tub. My wife really wanted to take a bath. But we had a fantastic stay."

"First time renting a house. First time in San Diego. From the moment we walked up the yard the house felt very unique and private. The yard has a privacy fence all around it and we never felt visible to the neighbors. The Jacuzzi was on a nice patio and was very clean. "Beautiful property, great location! Lots of homeless population between neighborhood and tracks but seemed harmless and stayed to themselves. Great walking distance to Petco and pier. I really can't get over how beautiful the house and property are. Immaculately kept up, clean and lots of amenities. Very roomy. House itself very quiet. Will definitely stay here again! Great communication as well. "
