「This rental shared one common wall with the main house. That was not an issue at all. We did not hear them and hopefully they did not hear us. If they did there were no complaints. It is bright with natural lighting and the furnishings and accessories were very nice. Don’t let the neighborhood approach deter you. It is a quiet neighborhood with zero outside noise.
