Cosy well appointed house in great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this little house. Renovated recently or just really well looked after.Had everything you could need and really good quality stuff. From beautiful plentiful crockery, cutlery, coffee machine, modern dryer and washer, two baths and plenty big enough with three double bedrooms to house 6.A beautiful stone feature wall, wood fire and an actual playable guitar and ukulele, air con, and stunning floorboards throughout, we wished this was our house by the time we left.A fully fenced private yard with large grassed area for dog or kids.Close to cute and quiet Jan Juc Village and arguably one of Australias best surf destinations, the location is great. The property manager was fantastic as well making check in and out a dream.You must go to Swell Cafe for breaky / brunch / coffee. You must go to Bird Rock for Asian inspired dinner and cocktails and Beach hotel for a Parma and a pot, or Cave for exceptional pizza - all less than 650m from the front door.The surf at Jan Juc main beach is a must if you have some skills or just laying on the sand watching all the local groms showing the oldies new tricks.We will be back as soon as we can be.
