All bedrooms have comfortable box springs (160*200cm) and are equipped with air conditioning, a luxury rain shower, sink and toilet. In addition, all bedrooms have access to a sun terrace with lounge area through a sliding door.
The master bedroom even has a large private terrace with a bath tub and a beautiful view of the Table Mountain and the Spanish water. There is also an Illy coffee machine in the master bedroom.
The fourth luxury bedroom is located on the ground floor (also equipped with a rain shower, sink, toilet, airconditioning and box spring) and is directly adjacent to the spacious pool deck.
There is also a game room/kids room with a television. In this room, there is a bunk bed (2x 90*200cm) and several board games and toys. The villa is also provided with a baby chair and a baby bed.
There is a separate coffee corner with a luxury Illy coffee machine located on the ground floor. In addition, there is a guest toilet and a storage room with a washing machine.
The large luxury open kitchen and living room are adjacent to the spacious porch with dinner table. The spacious pool deck with pool (5*8m), sun beds and a large lounge sofa is located next to the porch.
From the pool deck, via a small staircase, you can walk to the private beach with palm trees, playing platform, rockery, beach cabana with three adjustable beds and a large palapa with a large dining table. A Big Green Egg is also available for the BBQ enthusiast.
In the spacious front garden, there is a section where enthusiastic golfers can practice putting on the green. The putting green is shared with guests of the two adjacent apartments.
