Beautiful hotel, clean spacious rooms and lovely bar/dining areas within.
Staff were exceptional, went above and beyond and made us feel valued customers.
The extras and the little things went a long way.

Nice room stylish hotel good location near the metro friendly and helpful staff. 24 hr pharmacy, several bars, a supermarket and several restaurants nearby. You can walk to several main sights including Tivoli from the hotel. I was there a week and can't find anything to complain about. If I return to Copenhagen I will stay here again.
