“One of the most disturbing hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was unbearably cold. I asked repeatedly for a blanket over several hours while I sat there shivering, and staff showed zero urgency or concern. Food was another joke—each time I ordered, the portions got noticeably smaller, to the point it felt deliberate. Cleanliness was unacceptable. There was a thick chunk of dust stuck to the TV and its equipment, clearly untouched for ages. When I mentioned it, staff rolled their eyes instead……

“I stayed and it was very good the staff was way too friendly and will help you out always the rooms were clean and good ”

“Toilet was broken, no amenities. Very very bad experience.”

“The room was very small and dirty. Full of cigarette cans, requested to clean the room multiple times no one responded. Full of mosquitoes. No water in the tap in the sink. My room was in 4 th floor and the lift is not in service, ac was set in 16 degrees and no remote was provided even after requesting multiple times. Very pathetic service, pathetic hotel. Don’t recommend this to anyone ”
