Villa Ker Manou, facing the ocean Jard Sur Mer - 7 people
ROSE Vacances offers you Villa Ker Manou, a bright, modern house in the peaceful Ragounite district of Jard sur Mer. Ideal for a stay facing the ocean, this villa is close to the beach and the pine forest.
This two-storey house can accommodate up to 7 people and is fully equipped to ensure you enjoy your stay in complete peace of mind. The house is ideally located, just a few minutes' walk from the port of Jard sur Mer and close to restaurants and shops.
This house is perfect for getting together with family or friends.
Ground floor:
- A large bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a shower room and a private WC.
- A spacious living room opening onto the 300 m² garden, furnished and decorated in wood and natural colours, with a table and seating for meals, and a comfortable lounge with TV.
- A fully-equipped kitchen, open to the living area, with a utility room: oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher.
- An outdoor shower for when you return from the beach.
First floor:
- Two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x190), the other with 3 single beds (90x190) bunk beds and a pull-out bed.
- Shower room and WC.
- A large terrace with a 180-degree view of the ocean, equipped with a comfortable outdoor seating area.
Outside:
- A 300 m² garden.
- A landscaped terrace, ideal for enjoying the outdoors during convivial meals or moments of relaxation.
Surroundings:
- Located on the edge of the Jard sur Mer pine forest, ideal for lovely walks.
- Opposite Légère beach, where you can go surfing.
- A few minutes' walk from the port of Jard sur Mer, where you'll find plenty of restaurants.
- 2.5 km from the centre of the village of Jard, with its many shops, a market every Monday morning throughout the year and Wednesday mornings and Thursday evenings during the summer, as well as a supermarket.
- Nearby cycle paths, surfing and kite-surfing spots.
- Oyster tasting at the producer's at La Guittière, AOC Vins Vendéens vineyards, fine dining (9 Michelin-starred restaurants in Vendée).
Tourist activities :
- Boat trip on the Marais Poitevin at Longeville sur Mer.
- Discover the Bay of Aiguillon.
- Visit to the medieval Château de Talmont, the Château des Aventuriers in Avrillé and the Folie de Finfarine in Poiroux.
- Day trip to O'Gliss Park and O'Fun Park.
- Puy du Fou only 1 hour away.
