Good Location Near OBX

Everything was as described and in a great location. It's overlooking the sound so not a beach stay but very close to OBX. We would stay here again.

Amazing sunset view!

Property was very private. Much larger than expected. Three bedrooms plus loft (7beds total)We wish there was more to do in Jarvisberg. 35 from beach and restaurants. Local restaurants were just okay.

Just okay

Upon arrival, the trash was overflowing in the can outside, and there was a bag of dirty linens sitting next to it. There was no “starter kit” of soap or detergent, and no “one roll of toilet paper per bathroom” at all left in the house. Thankfully brought our own. House smelled of cigars even though it clearly states no smoking. Had to use air freshener and air out. Location was a bit farther from beach than expected and gravel road to house was in poor condition.
