"Everything was really nice. It could use a few touches like lamps in the bedrooms. It would also be nice to have something to sit your suitcase on besides the floor. Other than that, everything was clean and very comfortable. Every time I contacted the owner the reply was very prompt! I will opt to stay here again."

"Enjoyed our stay at this spacious two story cabin on AR7 near Jasper. Due to the terrain, both floors are accessible from outside: upper story from front of house, lower floor from rear. "This tiny farmhouse is so cute. Perfect for a couple. I cook a lot and there were no measuring cups, no lids for pots, no racks for the multipurpose airfrier toaster oven. Cooking was a challenge, im glad i brought my own cast iron pan. Other than that, we loved it. It's very close to hiking and the river."

"Perfect launch site to motorcycle Arkansas's byways. Hike to waterfalls. Traverse caves. Explore Eureka Springs. The best part of a 10 hour day of fun, was coming home to the hot tub. The barn-o-minium is wonderful too. Our host did a great job providing everything we needed and some things we didn't know we needed. Thank you for sharing your fantastic home."

"We loved everything about this home: the location, the amenities, etc. Our only concern was the bunk bed room. The beds were a bit wobbly, so we ended up just pulling the mattresses onto the floor. Otherwise, very nice!"

"We really enjoyed out stay at this cabin...once we found it! It is difficult to find because the small signs on the county roads don't match the address, i.e. County Road 46. The sign on the road itself says NC3050, so it was a bit confusing.. Anyway, the cabin is very nice and new on the inside and the views are amazing! The beds are comfy and the cabin had everything we needed! Thank you for a great stay!"

"First off, the owner was great. We were in town for a family funeral and had to find a place to stay last minute. Little did I know VRBO doesn't do same day bookings, so we booked a day later than our intended arrival hoping to get in earlier. The owner was responsive and enabled us to get in on the same day we booked. The owner also remained responsive during the week. The place is a well maintained farm house. "This was our first time to this northern Arkansas area, and I wasn't quite sure where to stay to be centrally located to all the best hiking. This is it! Great location and less than 40 min drive to all the best hiking and river floating locations. Jeff the property manager was great with communication and recommendations on things to do in the area. The cabin was clean and well stocked. It's pretty remote so hit the big grocery stores for supplies before you arrive. Happy Hiking!"
