「The house and property is really comfortable and functional. The screened-in porch, decks and floating dock are true highlights.Note however, that the driveway and walkway are on a steep incline. It was tricky to pull in and out of with a boat/trailer. The only level spot is up at the road, but I parked the empty trailer on the driveway loop for security.
