“Cannot praise this highly enough - second visit and it gets better every time. Wonderful welcome, Tabled’Hote meal, tranquility and accommodation. Completely faultless. Highly recommended. ”

“We enjoyed our brief, one night stay. Staff were welcoming and accommodating, the room was clean and airy (and the bed super comfortable!), and we enjoyed a pleasant meal in the restaurant. Any first impressions that the property and environment are a little ‘tired’ were quickly dispelled by the welcome and the ambience. The house is set in lovely and large grounds, just right for an evening stroll”

“Trop bien ! Vaut le détour !”

“Charming characterful property, beautiful room. We loved the donkey and meeting Sandrine and her family. Delicious breakfast, would highly recommend.”

“Very nice lady and great room and breakfast”

“The overall experience was good. The staff were very nice and willing to help. The hotel is very French which we liked but the carpet in our bedroom was very stiff hessian and therefore uncomfortable on bear feet The staircases 2 were very steep, very narrow and winding in my view not suitable for anyone with any kind of mobility issues. Breakfast was continental no meat or cheese but more than adequate. There is no restaurant facilities at the hotel however only a 5 minute walk is an IBIS……

“Our room was a free standing apartment which was very roomy comfortable and well equipped. The setting and surrounding area was very quiet and relaxing. The dinner was excellent.”
