The house is located on a quiet street and is one of 14 properties sharing charming gardens and a swimming pool, with a children's section, in a small complex called Altamar II, just a few minutes' walk from the natural rocky beach, La Fontana marina and the sandy beach of Arenal.
The patio doors on the southwest front terrace lead to the living room with living and dining areas. The kitchen is at the back of the house, where there is a door leading to the rear patio and access to the adjacent swimming pool and garden. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor with stairs to the second floor and the spacious gallery-style bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
The main features of this comfortable terraced house are the spacious accommodation with two outdoor living areas, air conditioning and its location so close to the sea and the numerous services in the sandy beach area of Arenal and its surroundings.
There are several supermarkets nearby and the historic centre of Jávea is about 3 km away. The Costa Blanca has many excellent golf courses, the closest being just 10 minutes by car.
Tip: Altamar Townhouse is very close to Altamar Blue. If you're coming with family, booking both apartments could be a good option!

This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or to minors accompanied by adults who are also staying at the establishment. If you are under the minimum required age and proceed to confirm the booking anyway, you will be denied entry to the establishment upon arrival and will lose any right to a refund.
2/ Winter bookings between 1 November and 31 March, with a duration of more than 31 nights, receive a special discounted rate and do NOT include public utility expenses, such as electricity and water, nor weekly bed linen changes. The use of public utilities is paid upon departure.
For stays exceeding 10 days, as required by Spanish law, it will be necessary to sign a Non-Habitual or Temporary Housing Rental Contract
