    Located in Badia de Xàbia, this charming 173 m² penthouse welcomes up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen for preparing your meals, plus amenities like split-type air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. Families with children will appreciate the available high chair.



    Step out onto your private covered terrace, perfect for relaxing. The complex features a communal garden for you to unwind, as well as access to a shared outdoor pool and a children’s pool. There is also an outdoor shower for added convenience after visiting the nearby beach.



    You have a communal parking space on the premises and more options on the street. Events are not allowed at the property.



    Electricity consumption above the weekly limit is available for an extra charge.
