The property features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across both floors to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests. On the ground floor, the heart of the home is a spacious and bright living and dining area, elegantly furnished and bathed in natural light, which flows seamlessly into a large, open kitchen. This kitchen is fully equipped for culinary enthusiasts, featuring 2 hot plates, 2 induction hot plates, an oven, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor accommodation. The ground floor also provides direct access to the patio, extending the living space outdoors. On the upper floor, 4 generously sized bedrooms are arranged to offer restful retreats for every guest. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 220 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second and third bedrooms each feature 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The fourth bedroom is appointed with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The first 3 bedrooms on the upper floor each benefit from their own private shower room with WC, while the fourth bedroom shares access to the bathroom facilities.
