Would highly recommend this villa. It is beautifully maintained and everything you need is provided. The views are not the best but the surrounding area and restaurants are lovely. People very friendly in all the shops and restaurants and good value too. This was our first villa holiday and we can’t wait to do it again.

environnement peu qualitatif (maison ceinturée d'immeubles)

le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas satisfaisant : peu d'équipements, pas de parasol, terrasse en plein soleil, pas de douche extérieure, petit jardin. la maison est environnée d'immeubles et de rues en terre poussiéreuses. seul point positif : la proximité de l'Arenal.

Gorgeous villa but missing a few essentials

We had a great holiday in Casa Javi, however we were disappointed at the lack of little essentials; clothes pegs, sun parasol for the outside dining table, tea/coffee etc for arrival. Also the stairs in the house are very dangerous for children and could be doing with a hand rail. We left some pool toys/floats, sun parasols, tea and coffee for the next family lucky enough to stay in this lovely home. We will definitely return!
