The Patio 'Golden Beach' is a magnificent ground floor apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms located 10 minutes walking distance from the Arenal beach.
Located within a closed and secure complex with well-maintained gardens, large community pools and an easy location near supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and boutiques, you can be sure that you will enjoy a calm and stress-free holiday. The apartment has an assigned underground parking space with a lift and, if needed, a secure lock, perfect for storing road bikes or beach accessories.
Entering the apartment is like a breath of fresh air. The bright rooms are beautifully decorated with a neutral palette of wooden furniture, rattan accessories, and natural fabrics. Both the living/dining room and the double bedroom have access through glass doors to an enormous private patio, with sun loungers, outdoor dining area, and more seating. This is the perfect space to retreat from the beach mountains, or to sunbathe in the colder months, when the patio becomes a warm sun trap thanks to its south/west orientation.
Inside, the rooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes and the bathrooms offer guests more storage space thanks to wall-mounted vanities.
The kitchen is an elegant and modern space, packed with everything you need to eat in the apartment. High-quality appliances and an elegant marble-effect worktop make cooking in this space a pleasure. Next to the kitchen, a practical utility room leads to a small patio with a dining table and views of the pool and gardens. A great place to have breakfast while the children head to the pool.
It's good to know: there are wall-mounted air conditioning units in the living room and in the two bedrooms, fibre optic broadband everywhere and a smart TV in the living room, which offers Spanish and international television channels.

JH's Advice: The Patio - Golden Beach is located in the same complex as Golden Beach and La Sirena. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!

This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or to minors accompanied by adults who are also staying at the establishment. If you are under the minimum required age and proceed to confirm the booking anyway, you will be denied entry to the establishment upon arrival and will lose any right to a refund.
2/ Winter bookings between 1 November and 31 March, with a duration of more than 31 nights, receive a special discounted rate and do NOT include public utility expenses, such as electricity and water, nor weekly bed linen changes. The use of public utilities is paid upon departure.
For stays exceeding 10 days, as required by Spanish law, it will be necessary to sign a Non-Habitual or Temporary Housing Rental Contract
