After a long day at the beach it's great to take a refreshing dip in the heated chlorine pool. With a size of 9 x 5 metres and a depth between 1.1 and 1.8 metres, it is ideal for swimming or relaxing on an inflatable mattress. The well-kept garden with palm trees invites you to sunbathe on one of the 4 sun loungers or spread your towel directly on the lawn. Adults will surely enjoy spending their time "doing nothing", taking a nap on the see-saw while the little ones love the children's playground with swings and slide. The restaurants in the area are very good but sometimes it's more fun to enjoy dinners with friends and family at home, go shopping at the market together and finally prepare meat and vegetables on the barbecue. Several terraces offer the perfect atmosphere for great evenings. The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to Cap de la Nao. The single-storey house has a living room with a dining table for 6 guests. The practical kitchen with gas hob, oven, toaster and coffee machine has another smaller table. A laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board is located in one of the bathrooms. Regarding the bedrooms, our guests can choose between two rooms with a double bed and one with two single beds. If you are travelling with your baby, we can prepare a cot/crib for you. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, serve the house. There are 2 fans and central heating. Lovers of the sea and the beach will find many dreamlike bays in the surrounding area. Cala Ambolo, Playa de la Granadella, Playa del Portixol and Cala Sardinera are just a few examples of Mediterranean wonders. In the urbanisation you will find some restaurants but we recommend a visit to the old town of Jávea, not only for its narrow cobbled streets but also for its good restaurants. The natural park of Montgó offers a natural environment, ideal for hiking and cycling. Further south are Moraia and Calpe, two coastal towns with a lively atmosphere in summer. The fireplace in the living room cannot be used. The heated swimming pool is only available in April, May, 15-30 September and October. There is a daily extra charge. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted.
