A beautiful apartment
We loved our stay at this property. The apartment is very spacious and finished to a very high standard. Everything was beautiful. The views of Javea bay and the sea from the balconies are spectacular. There’s also a fantastic view of the Montgo. Javea old town with all its restaurants and bars is literally 2 mins from the front door. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Brilliant location, great property
Richard's apartment is so bright and well equipped. Richard was always available to help with any queries we had. We stayed here for 5 weeks and only had one issue. The website states that there are two bathrooms, which is partly why we booked it as we had friends coming out to visit, however there is only one bathroom. We feel the website info needs to be updated. Richard's housekeeper was so lovely and helpful. would recommend this property.

Spacious, well equipped apt in a great location
This lovely apt was a perfect base for exploring the local area, and also a comfortable space in which to relax. I will miss breakfasts on the large balcony with views across to the windmills and out to sea. Communication ahead of my visit and at check in / out was excellent. Hope to book here again for my next visit to Javea.

Excellent apartment
We had a lovely week staying in Javea in October. A beautiful apartment, very well equipped with a very high standard of fittings. Lovely location just a few minutes walk from the old town with lots of places to eat and drink. Excellent communication from the host. We would highly recommend staying here.

Short stay to check on progress with our build
A lovely property that has been renovated to a very high standard. Everything is new and clean and appealing. We found the heating not quite enough as it was cold when we were there and there was quite a lot of noise from other apartments, lift etc, but maybe that's because we are used to not living in apartment buildings. Good spot close to old town and not far from port area.

Nice apartment, well located, unhelpful owner.
Nice apartment, good location, easy walk to both the port and old town. We did have issues, we requested a travel cot before booking which was accepted. On arrival there was only a Moses basket not suitable for a 2 year old. We were told to just put our son in a bed, which he is not used too. After a sleepless night we requested again a proper travel cot and even offered to buy one and asked for assistance in where we could get one. The responses we got were unsympathetic and the owner said “there are baby shops in town if you want”. It was unhelpful of the owner to have us waste our time having to locate something which was requested and agreed on. We’ve stayed in Javea many times, and will again. Just not here.
