Close to the sandy Arenal beach and yet very quiet, this sunny 2 Bedroom apartment has lovely views over a quiet park towards the Montgo Mountain.

Nicely furnished, this modern apartment with air-conditioning is in a beautiful complex with pool and gardens.

The sunny balcony has a table and chairs to make the most of summer and 'al fresco' meals and drinks, while enjoying the sun.

Located just a 5 minute stroll to Javea´s sandy beach and promenade, with all its restaurants, shops and cafés, Golden Beach II is in ideal location. A good supermarket is just next door.

Très bonnes vacances !
Très bon accueil par Patricia et beaucoup de flexibilité dans les procédures d'arrivée et de sortie. Mark a été très réactif et disponible quand cela a été nécessaire. L'appartement répond parfaitement à l'annonce, idéalement placé dans Javea, belle terrasse, belle piscine, résidence calme malgré sa proximité du centre. Tout était parfait !

Recomendable apartamento
En cuanto al apartamento está todo muy bien, tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar tranquilo de unas buenas vacaciones. Urbanización muy bien cuidada. Conseje cuidadoso y atento. Destacar el buen funcionamiento de Patricia en calidad de ama de llaves y Mark como propietario con muy buena disponibilidad de facilitarte/concederte lo que se necesite para hacer tú estancia agradable en su propiedad. En cuanto al precio un poco elevado hay que tener en cuenta que no está en primera línea de playa pero el camino a la playa se hace de manera muy fácil, lo que si tiene muy muy a mano es un gran supermercado que tiene buen género. Esperamos poder volver otro año. Gracias Mark/Patricia.

Gracias Mark y Patrícia. Hemos tenido unas estupendas vacaciones El aprtamento se ajustaba con precisión a lo anunciado, cómodo, limpio, en buen estado y con una buena situación. Sobre todo con niños. Lo mejor de todo a sido la simpatía y atención que nos a prestado Patrícia. Sin duda repetiremos!!!

Great apartment
This apartment is exactly as listed and a great location for walking to the Arenal. It is perfect for 4 people and has a lovely spacious balcony overlooking a quiet area which has a small children's park. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday including beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The pool area is lovely and always tidy and well maintained. Mark was easy to communicate with and always answered questions and replied to emails. We had some medical issues while away and Mark was very supportive in his offers of help if needed.

Our holiday to javea
We had a great time on our trip to javea, we’d visited golden beach 2 before many times and are very comfortable with the neighbourhood and surroundings. The appartment surpassed our expectations, the welcome from Patricia was warm and friendly and helped to start our holiday on the right foot. There was an extra table and chairs on the balcony too which gave a very relaxing place to stay on an evening which was great. The parking at GB2 can be a little on the tight side, which we were already aware of - however this is nothing to be concerned about with this appartment as the bay allocated was enough to fit a large SUV with space to open the doors. There was building work going on at the main gates, but this is no fault of the complex and should be completed shortly. It didn’t detract from our stay as it wasn’t audible from the appartment or pool anyway. We’ve already agreed as a family that we’ll be booking again the next time we visit javea!

El apartamento está situado en un lugar muy tranquilo y es muy nuevo. En las proximidades todo tipo de servicios. El menaje es algo escaso. La atención del propietario y de la persona que da las llaves fenomenal.

Spacious apartment on a quiet complex close to amenities
We had a fantastic holiday in Javea. Mark was super helpful since we booked - sending us lots of information about how to get there etc. The apartment was lovely and clean, spacious and had all the facilities we needed. Amazing value for what you get. Good aircon. Also the apartment grounds were well kept and felt quiet even though it was peak season. There was always plenty of room to sit by the pool and beach chairs in the apartment available to use. The location was ideal - we have children so do not want long walks. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and all the bars/restaurants. There is also a great supermarket just next door which does freshly made paella to take away. The port is worth a visit though it turned out too far to walk with the children on a hot day - recommend taking the tourist train instead which leaves from the Masymas supermarket by the beach. The town of Java is lovely - we couldn’t get over how ‘spanish’ it felt. Lots of places offering tapas/paellas - very good/friendly service wherever we went. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully come back again in the future.
