Mooie villa met tuin en zwembad

Villa Luna is een fijn verblijf met goed uitgeruste keuken. Bedden zijn perfect. De hond kon vlak bij de villa uitgelaten worden. Het enige minpunt is: de villa is niet geschikt voor in de winter met koud weer. Wij waren in januari en wij zaten vaak met een jas aan in huis omdat de verwarming niet toereikend was voor het (grote) huis. Wij zijn zeer te spreken over de hulp van Aguila-rent: heel vriendelijk en heel hulpvaardig.

In der Villa Luna kann man als Hundebesitzer ...

In der Villa Luna kann man als Hundebesitzer einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbringen. Der Garten ist rundum sicher umzäunt. Nur das schmiede-eisene Tor könnte einen sehr kleinen, neugierigen Hund evtl. dazu verleiten auszubüchsen, nachdem die Umgebung auf der beliebten Gassi-geh-Route der Anwohner liegt. Hat auch Vorteile für kontaktfreudige Hundebesitzer, denn im "Wäldchen" gegenüber treffen sich jeden Abend viele Residenten zum Tollen mit den Hunden. Allgemein liegt die Villa in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnlage (abgesehen von gelegentlichen allgemeinen Rasenmäher-Geräuschen vielleicht). Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Agentur in Javea ist sehr gut ansprechbar und hilfreich. Ein kleines Problem mit dem Wasserdruck wurde schnell beseitigt. Das WLAN war der Hit und viel schneller als bei uns zuhause. Pool und Garten sehr gepflegt. Das Haus innen auch sehr sauber mit vielen Handtüchern ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder mit unserem kleinen Parson Russell Terrier. Vielen Dank!!

Een mooi huis om de vakantie in te vieren. ...

Een mooi huis om de vakantie in te vieren. De tuin is helemaal omheind en was perfect voor ons aangezien wij onze hond hadden meegenomen. Alle slaapkamer zijn erg mooi en voorzien van airco. De tuin geeft rust en het zwembad is een waardevolle toevoeging aan het huis.

Das Objekt hat zwar hier und da seine Macken, aber diese halten sich wirklich in Grenzen. Wir hatten wunderschöne 3 Wochen Urlaub in Xavéa und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
