Santa Barbara Costa Apartment Javea Montañar I
Wonderful apartment with terrace, air conditioning and free wifi. Located in the Santa Bárbara residence, which offers a communal swimming pool for adults and children, along with an outdoor shower and a grassy garden. It is perfectly situated in a quiet and family-friendly neighbourhood, just 5 minutes walk from Montañar I rocky beach, and close to all services such as bars, restaurants and activities.
Accommodation
This elegant and cosy ground floor apartment, fully furnished with style, spans 80 m². Recently renovated, it has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, offering accommodation for up to 4 people.
The apartment, with a single layout on one level, includes a fully equipped American kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, as well as plates and bowls. The open kitchen space opens to a dining area with table and chairs, and a cosy living room equipped with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, air conditioning and double doors giving access to a small terrace with direct access to the garden and swimming pool.
In addition, the accommodation has a bathroom with shower, a lovely master bedroom with a double bed and its own private terrace, and a spacious second bedroom with two single beds, both with built-in wardrobes. Both the living room and bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. It also has a parking space for not very large cars.

The property is very well located just 500 metres from the Pimer Muntanyar rocky beach and a pleasant 15-minute walk to the port area on one side and 20 minutes walking to Arenal Beach on the other. In addition, it is surrounded by all services with a Mercadona supermarket just 30 metres away and next to a pharmacy and the famous La Siesta restaurant. The town is located 2 kilometres away and 5 km from the Montgó Natural Park, 54 km from the "Terra Mítica" theme park, 99 km from "El Altet Alicante" airport. It is located in an ideal area for children and next to the sea.

Supplies are included in the rental price as long as responsible consumption is made
A cot and a high chair are available upon request (additional cost)
Pets welcome upon request with additional cost
