One of the best houses we ever rented. Amazing view, great and large swimming pool for which we really appreciated well deserved shadow during the afternoon. The house is fully equipped in line with the description and really comfortable. With years some minor aspects could be fixed but nothing which did not make us appreciate our stay !

Lovely Spanish villa, but a few downsides

We were a mixed group of 7 people, out in Javea to play tennis. The garden, pool and terrace are lovely. It was not clear from HomeAway site what the bedroom/ bathroom configuration was going to be. Was it 4 or 5 bathrooms? We hoped from the fact that there are 5 bedrooms that many would have ensuite bathrooms. The biggest bedroom with the best view shared a bathroom on the top floor. Two other bedrooms were ensuite. One of these the shower curtain was not long enough so the floor flooded each time a person showered. This room also smelt a bit damp. The toaster was dangerous, but was replaced quickly when we told the villa management office. That ll sounds a bit moany. We did have a lovely time.

A well- equipped, comfortable villa in a quiet location. We really enjoyed our stay here. The highlight was the pool, which was large and of a very good size. The villa was very well-equipped; the air-con worked very well and beds were clean and very comfortable. It was lovely to have two terraces, one of which had a lovely view to the sea. The master bedroom had an outstanding view to the sea and coastline. A lovely area to explore: Grenadella Beach is lovely. El Mirador restaurant worthy of a visit.
