Spacious 3-Bedroom Villa with a Beautiful Private Pool (No Overlooking Neighbors) located in Jávea (Costa Blanca), in the residential area of Balcón al Mar, just 7 minutes from the sandy Arenal beach and 5 minutes from the stunning coves of Portichol, Granadella, and Ambolo.
The house is surrounded by a very private garden, featuring a south-facing pool and a large sunny terrace with two pergolas, sun loungers, a garden table and chairs, and a gas barbecue.
Inside, you’ll enjoy a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and American-style fridge, and an additional lounge area upstairs with a TV, books, and board games.
All three bedrooms are air-conditioned. The house also has central heating for winter stays (energy costs calculated separately depending on the length of stay). There are two bathrooms: one with a shower and washing machine, and the other with a shower and bathtub.
Upstairs, a bright room with a magnificent view of the Montgó mountain is perfectly suited for remote work, featuring a desk with an office chair, a table, and four comfortable chairs.
Included: Wi-Fi internet, bed linen, and bath towels (1 large + 1 small towel per person per stay). Reasonable use of water, gas, and electricity is included. A baby cot, changing table, high chair, and booster seat are also available.

• A car is necessary to stay in Balcón al Mar. Two parking spaces on the street are reserved for villa guests, and one additional car can be parked on the property.
