「Idéalement situé face à l'arrêt de bus (dont la ligne 4, très régulière, qui dessert l'hypercentre), l'appartement bénéficie de commerces de proximité (Coop, pharmacie, boulangerie, tabac-presse) et permet de rejoindre rapidement à pied le très joli Parc Victor Thuillat (faire un crochet par la rue de Lisbonne). L'avenue est passante en journée mais la chambre côté cour est tout à fait tranquille. Je suis fan du miroir de la salle d'eau ! Bon séjour. Merci à Sarah 」
