「This was my 2nd visit. The first was during the darkest days of the pandemic. My husband and I went with another couple. Perfect place...2 full bathrooms, LOTS of space inside and out. Huge screened porch with comfortable chairs and coffee tables, overlooking the lake. Both couples brought canoes and we spent 3 days exploring rivers that run into Lake Memphramagog and also the immense lake itself! This time, we booked for the eclipse. There were 7 of us the first night, and 9 the next two...

「This is a very nicely maintained 19th century farm house surrounded by long views over farms with wide open fields, reached by traveling over a few miles of back country dirt roads. If that's what you are looking for, you'll love this place. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The kitchen appliances are modern and in excellent condition, and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. The stairway to the second floor bedrooms is steep and the stair steps are narrow, so...

「Reviews and descriptions are spot on! A very cozy house with a babbling brooke running throught the back yard. An absolute perfect location to walk to restaurants, bars and the grocery store. A small ski Town vibe throughout. Jay peak was a short 15 min drive away.」

「This property was very clean and secure. The beds were comfortable. We were located right next to the ski trail and short distance from the Jay peak pump house water park and arena. We didn’t get to explore the resort as much as we intended due to a storm but there is some shops and restaurants near by. 」
