Welcome to the Whispering Pines Chalet, a luxury vacation home nestled in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains. This custom-built retreat, set on 2+ lush acres, offers stunning views of the Jay Mountain Range from both the front and back of the house.

The property boasts a spacious backyard, complete with a running creek, making it an ideal spot for nature enthusiasts. Inside, you’ll find beautifully appointed spaces featuring custom knotty pine paneling, wood or LVP flooring, high-end lighting, and stylish, comfortable furniture.

With multiple gathering areas including a spacious living room, family room, and a large outdoor deck, our home is perfect for creating unforgettable memories with families and friends. The large front and back yards provide ample space for outdoor activities.

Whiteface Mountain Ski Area and Lake Everest Beach are about 10 minutes away and it's just 25 minutes to Main Street in Lake Placid!

Many amenities include Air Conditioning/Heating, radiant floors throughout the home, Fireplace, Large Outdoor Deck, Fire Pit, Games, spacious Family Room, BBQ Charcoal Grill, Outdoor Furniture, Hi Speed Wifi and plenty of easy/accessible parking is available. There is no use of the garage permitted.

This gorgeous 4 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath Chalet, sleeps up to 10 (8 guests in 4 beds, plus an available Queen size sofa pullout in the family room that sleeps 2 guests), pack-n-play available with sheets, and has incredible features, beautiful views, plus we're dog-friendly! Maximum of 1 dog. We do not allow cats or any other animals other than dogs!

Bedroom Details:
Whispering Pines Chalet sleeps 10 guests. There are four bedrooms total, each with a King or Queen bed. The home comfortably sleeps 8 guests in 4 beds. 1 queen-sized sofa pullout is available that can accommodate up to 2 additional guests.

The primary bedroom is on the main level and has a beautiful view of the Jay Mountain Range from the large windows. A door leads to brand-new luxurious ensuite bathroom with luxurious soaking tub, shower and wood cabinetry. The bedroom has a King bed, a large walk-in closet, Smart TV, and lovely LVP flooring.

The second and third bedrooms are also located on the main floor on the other side of the living room. These rooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, lighting, vanity, and LVP flooring. One bedroom has a King bed and the other has a Queen bed. Both bedrooms are stylish and comfortable, with lush quilts and pillows.

The fourth bedroom, located in the loft, features a stunning view of the Jay Mountain Range, Queen bed, night tables, carpeted flooring and knotty pine paneling. There is also a desk and chair comfortable for your working needs.

All bedrooms boast Smart televisions (except the loft bedroom) for streaming your favorite programs; closets, dressers, or valets to unpack; warm color schemes, ceiling fans, and comfy linens. Bedsheets, bath towels, and washcloths are included. The beds are comfortable and inviting for a restful night's sleep under beautiful, warm quilts. Extra pillows are on the beds for your enjoyment, and spare blankets are available for chilly nights.

Bedrooms are equipped with ceiling lighting and fans as well as side table lamps that offer a softer glow for watching TV or relaxing.

Bathroom Details:
There are two immaculately clean, full bathrooms at Adirondack Alpine Cabin. Each bathroom has LVP flooring, tasteful, on-trend lighting, and wood vanities. The full master bathroom which has been recently renovated with all brand new shower, bath, and vanity! Primary bathroom on the main floor has a walk-in shower and soaking tube, custom cabinetry, and knotty pine paneling with white bead board. The second main level full bathroom has a combination tub and shower also featuring knotty pine paneling with white beadboard design.

Main Level Living Area:
Enter the Whispering Pines Chalet from the front which spans the length of the home. The large open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen are perfect for entertaining and spending quality time with family and friends. The spacious living room has a cathedral ceiling, a wall of windows, propane gas fireplace, split AC unit, and stylish, comfortable sofas, and loveseat. The living area offers beautiful views of the Jay Mountain Range, custom knotty pine paneling, wood flooring, and high-end lighting. A large deck at the back of the house is accessible through the kitchen/dining area.

Kitchen:

Our kitchen is fantastic! With large custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a full complement of tools, you'll enjoy preparing wonderful meals for the entire crew! The adjacent dining area consists of a wooden dining table and chairs with a high-end chandelier. Additional seating available in the laundry room.

The outdoor living space at Adirondack Alpine Cabin is sure to please with fantastic amenities to help you maximize your vacation enjoyment.

By day, views of the Jay Mountain Range are beautiful and by night star gazing at the inky back sky is incredible!

Just off the lark back deck comfortable Adirondack chairs surrounding the firepit and a charcoal/park style BBQ Charcoal grill.

The home is close to Lake Everest Beach in Wilmington, which has a beach for swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. In winter, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and ice skating. There is also a picnic area, pavilion, and playground! For easy scenic hikes in Wilmington, be sure to visit the beautiful Flume and Hardy Rd trails.

A pack-n-play is provided for your convenience. All linens are included. The main floor, bedrooms and living room have air conditioning units.

Wireless internet are conveniently provided. You may use WIFI apps for long-distance or video calls

There are plenty of activities minutes from our home - bring your gear for cross-country skiing, fishing, tennis, basketball, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, canoeing, and more! You are also close to adventures such as downhill skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, snowmobiling, fishing, swimming, other water sports, shopping, dining, sporting, and cultural attractions. The Ironman competition passes right through the town of Wilmington and Lake Placid and you are just 12 miles from Whiteface!
