「It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. 「We liked the location with easy access to the beach which we visited both Saturday and Sunday. We enjoyed our walks along the beach. The beach got a little too crowded Sunday afternoon. The ocean water was cool and refreshing, not cold. But it's mid-June. The room was superb, clean comfortable and well furnished - nice colors. Bathroom was clean and attractive. We're not folks that use bars so we have no comment here. It very much reminded us a Bed & Breakfast we frequently used when visiting...

「I had mixed feelings about my stay at Vero Beach Inn & Suites. While the staff was courteous, several issues made the experience disappointing. The first frustration was being told it would cost $25 per hour to check in early. We did not end up checking in early, but just hearing that rate was surprising and seemed excessive.
