Check in process is a bit confusing, there is no front desk on site. If you have mobility issues, there are no lifts ask for a room on the ground floor. Amazing views of the Nile, large clean pool. Prior to booking, we were unaware that there is no restaurant on site, no shops or restaurants within walking distance, and……

“I appreciated being in a quiet setting. If you are looking for mountain views, hot air balloon views, kind hospitality, and delicious meals then this is the place for you. The Owner has great connections in arranging trust worthy transportation to take you anywhere for the day. If you need anything, don't be afraid to ask. I enjoyed feeding the local dog. This was my second time here and I plan to return.”

“The property is stunning, taxi driver hard to find front door of it though, architecture is amazing from every angle, waited shuttle boat on the eastbank 2 times for about 1 hr long, breakfast staff not friendly, the rest of the staff are kind, rooms full of beautiful details.”

The highlight has to be the rooftop lounge — the views overlooking the Valley of the Kings are simply breathtaking, especially at sunset. “The room was nice and bathroom was nice and clean, my problems were that the WiFi didn't work throughout my stay and due to my phone data not working, was unable to use my phone for anything my entire stay. I was also charged for the drinks in the rooms fridge which originally I was told I was allowed to have. I was also charged for grease/sweat stains on my pillow which is inevitable in a hot country. Won’t be staying again considering I wasn’t even compensated for the lack of WiFi. ”
