“BOTH of our tvs did not work. Despite them stating “someone” is coming out to fix it, no one came by on any day of our 3 night stay.
They hand out a tip sheet noting no smoking within 25 feet of the building. The live-in manager smokes constantly right in front of the lobby door. There isn’t a moment when she is there that the lobby doesn’t smell like smoke. Upon our check in I asked her (to confirm) if this building was smoke free because I smell it.
