“Cabin was as described. The door code didn’t work and we messaged back and forth and never did get a working door code. We tried a side door and it was left unlocked is how we got in but we waited for maintenance for over 2 hours. We left the property unlocked all weekend because we never got a working code maintenance guy said Augusta was safe not to worry about it. Also the cabin was full of lady bugs. ”

“The area and the cabin were outstanding . We go to Augusta frequently but never stayed at an VRBO. Unfortunately there was no hot water and the bathroom sink drained very slowly . Other than that we really enjoyed this cabin ! It was affordable and very quaint .Nice and quiet and easy in and out and walkable sights close by . Would stay again !! ”

“Everything was perfect (except for the weather at check-in!). The location is wonderful, we loved the bathroom/showers and greenhouse where we could hang and eat and admire Benka's plants! (So many orchids!). Keith was an awesome host filling us in on everything - even the surrounding area. The walking paths are beautiful and serine. The additional 5 canine hosts were adorable and Mici I'm so sorry you didn't spend at least one night with us! I wish we would have been able to stay longer……

“Peaceful Cabin Getaway with Beautiful Lake Views--My stay in the primitive cabin was fantastic! The shared restrooms and showers were surprisingly clean, and the gorgeous lake offered a stunning view, complete with an eagle sighting. The area is wonderfully quiet and felt very safe.The cabin includes a microwave and fridge (though the fridge froze my food, so beware!). “Was looking for a place where our family could stay together and be comfortable for our youngest daugter's wedding. Boy, did we find it. It was a beautiful lodge and they made us feel so welcome. Lots of room and the views were amazing. Even got to get a close up view of the moon through the telescope. It was clean and well stocked. Peter even provided us with fresh eggs which the family loved. Would definitely stay again if we get the opportunity. ”

"Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). Good coffee is provided at lobby all day. No resort fee. Over night parking is the only extra charge. The parking lot conveniently located to an attached building and is safe. The location is perfect and safe. It locates just next to the aquarium. Staff are friendly and very helpful and they do know how to comply the hotel’s policy (to create happy customers). Our AC in room was out of order at 5AM during hot summer. We were waken up by the heat. We called the front desk, but at that time, they can only sent a big fan up to the room for us, as the maintenance staff would only be available at 8:00. When we checked out, the front desk knew our experience, and told us that they would return what we had paid. They returned the room and parking charges, as well as the deposit right after we checked out. We were impressed with how the hotel's frontline staff handled this issue. We will definitely choose to stay with Drury Hotels. This is the most generous and responsible hotel we ever experienced. They truly care about their customers."
