"Good hot breakfast, just plan to be there before 8:45. Great view of the Mississippi River. Wallpaper peeling in halls."

"Love that the hotel is beside the Mississippi River. There was a wonderful walking path, across the street, along the river. Also Natchez is just across the bridge. The carpet, in the hotel hallway, was stained and dirty. The carpet in our room had snags and a tear which made the property feel worn and less clean. Many of the guests drove commercial pickups and trucks, with a couple large semi trucks and travel buses taking up much of the parking. Those guests stayed multiple nights. The fitness room was closed due to on going construction inside the hotel. The women's restroom in the lobby was out of order. It is a quiet location, and the hotel staff is very friendly."

There is lots of beautiful artwork to enjoy as well. It is very convenient to walking around downtown. This will be our go-to location for any future visits to Natchez."
