“Great location. Easily able to walk @ Natchez from the hotel and viewed the most gorgeous sunset right from our room! The bartender was the best part of our stay at the Grand. He’s a gem! He was friendly & welcoming and went out of his way to ensure that we had a memorable visit in Natchez! The room however was lacking and the AC unit rattled & barely worked.”

“We stayed on the second floor of the house . The wrap around porch was very convenient for just relaxing in a rocking chair . The grounds were breathtaking as well . My husband and I spent the entire day lounging in the pool . A great way to relax and unwind if you want a peaceful , relaxing weekend surrounded by fabulous history and gorgeous grounds . Highly recommend!”

“Our room was dirty. There was visible mold on the bathroom walls and ceiling. The carpet and pull out couch were stained and dirty. My son slept on the pull out couch, so I requested extra bedding. The room phone did not work, so I went to the front desk three times over about four hours before receiving the bedding. The customer service was very poor. Two or three times I went to the front desk, nobody was there and I had to go out to the parking lot to find them. Each time, the employee was……

“My card was charged for the full amount of the stay although I had already payed online. The ice machine was down on floor, there were not enough towels, and whom ever was staying above me allowed their child/children to run, and stomp through the floors.”

Bobbie was an excellent host, cooked a delicious breakfast and gave us a great personalized tour. We look forward to returning to this beautiful estate on our next visit.”

“The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was lovely. Love the room, tho it seemed like it hadn’t been used in a while. The jacuzzi tub didn’t work but worked as a regular tub, nonetheless. Parking was not good. The reason for not having 5 stars is parking. Only 2 parking spots to be used on the street. The driveway on the property only has room for 2 cars. The place has 4 guest rooms. We had to park behind someone, but was asked several times to move & let them out. Or we had to keep checking to……
